Scope was founded by Ron Thompson, a 22 year former Building Official and Public Works Director for the City of Anchorage, and his daughter, recent college graduate Kayli Thompson in 2015. Scope expanded the family run business to include Tyler Thompson in 2019. The trio helped manage projects large and small throughout the state and currently permits 70% of projects within the Municipality.
